Tinesha Tutt is the founder and managing broker of Nova Real Estate Collective, the Jacksonville brokerage she launched in 2026. Real estate was not her first chapter. Tinesha spent years on the road as a traveling audio engineer until she was furloughed mid-tour in 2020. What looked like the end of one career became the start of another. Six years later she is an award-winning agent in the Jacksonville market, earned her broker’s license in 2025, and has spent four years teaching and developing other Realtors. A military brat herself, she built Nova with relocation and military families at the center of it, helping people make decisions about a city they may not have set foot in yet. For clients buying, selling, relocating or investing, her work is the same: explain it first, then do it well. Outside the brokerage she is a community organizer, content creator and event host who has helped other people launch their own businesses and build their own strategy.
